Bleedin’ Febulous

Posted: February 2, 2011 in Uncategorized

I thought I ought to just write a little something here just so folks know that I do intend to call back in from time to time (though I have had enough late night blogging sessions so I won’t put a figure on it), particularly as I intend to try to stay in touch with running through ‘Febulous‘ .

I’m certainly aBitMoreOfaRunner now but I did actually really enjoy shunning running and going to a fitness class today instead – boxing/cicuit training – all pads and exercises… I don’t actually like getting hit in the face very much cos this happens…

…oh..err… imagine picture of bloody nose here. My daughter decided to throw her head back into my face a couple of days ago and I thought I’d taken a pic… mmm maybe I didn’t get it off the camera and now my wife is out and she has the camera so I could wait but I really won’t actually, maybe I’ll update the post later just for anyone that is really interested in bleeding noses. Yeah. I’ll do that.

Anyway,  I hope I have offended none of the hardcore by stating that I have liked just leaving the running now for a couple of days.
Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to read and comment on my pages. You kept me going. Hope to ‘see’ some of you again in the near future.

Ellie broke Shane’s nose in the little park by All Saints a few years ago. She leaned back on the swing and crash! Broken nose and mild concussion and a drive home to Nottingham!!
