If you need a bit of help, here are the detailed stats…

So there you have it. A resounding success, I think you’ll agree!

I am (as it has been shown by cold, hard statistical analysis) stronger, leaner and lighter than I was a month ago.

Thank you very much for stopping by and reading this, and of course to JogBlog (AKA Cathy White) for coming up with this Juneathon idea in the first place.

Before you go though. The sharp-eyed readers amoung you will have noticed there ARE some differences in the before/after pics.
There are in fact, five differences.

The first person to spot all five wins…

… well, they just win. That’s it, really.

Oh there really are 5 differences! OK, I’ll play:
    1. You’ve cleaned up the kitchen. Be gone, sticky note!
    2. You’ve shaved your legs and rid yourself of that pesky (freakily-long) hair
    3. You’ve grown fingers! Well done, that one must have been hard (or you wore mittens in the first one?)
    4. You’ve ironed your shirt
    5. I’m sorry about the ear accident, and surprised there was not blog about the traumatic event.

    Plus…well 6 – you can totally tell you’ve lost weight. 😉

Great Juneathon blogging as ever. Good luck with that marathon training, please let us know how you get on.

Took me ages to spot that you’d shaved!
