10 times harder…

I had intended to run tonight.
I faffed instead.
I thought how this exercise/blogging lark is ten times harder on a Monday night…

So I used that…

I planked for 100 (10×10) seconds

I did 10 press ups

I did 10 squats

I did 10 dumbbell curls

I did 10 sit ups

I did 10 star jumps

I did 10 burpees

I did 4 chin-ups*

Finding it genuinely tough to keep going this month. I see a fair few fellow janathonners have fallen foul of fatigue and have faltered.

I envy them.

Only a week (and a bit) to go.

Can’t stop now.

*blasted shoulder…spoiling things again  😦

    I think it would have been 10 x easier just to go for a run!

    Very impressive and I agree – Mondays are hands down the hardest day of the week to exerciise on, unless you’re on holibobs and the days just roll into one thenits not hard at all, but I’ve forgotten what that feels like.
