One, two miss a few…

Not been feeling too great due to interrupted sleep this last couple of nights. I knew I’d be sleepy later and unlikely to drag myself out for a ‘proper’ run in the evening so after taking kids to school/nursery, I left the car there and ran home (figuring I’d run back later to collect child+car in the same trip).

Once out and running, I….

…blah, blah, blah…got wet ..blah blah…foot in frozen mud-muddle…uncomfortable…mud…blah blah…got home…mud…clothes….wash… blah…coffee.

Jobs around house.

Time passes too quickly…
Need to collect child….
Go out to car…

Look for car…


! Remember car still at nursery. Muppet !

Grab bike. Pump up flat tyre.
Cycle fast. Sweat.

Get to nursery. Sweat.
Wait ages for child to come out.
Continue sweating.

Bike and child in car.

Drive home.

Continue sweating…
